Project Description

On September 6, 2017, the Planning Division approved a Minor Design Review (P1683) for the construction of a 240-square foot detached accessory structure. The approved structure would, reach a maximum height of 11 feet, 1 inch, and would straddle the boundary line between Assessor’s parcels 200-200-21 and 200-200-22. In the current application, the applicant requests Design Review amendment to relocate the previously approved 240 square foot shed. The approved height would remain at 11 feet, 1 inch. The proposed shed would be relocated to be entirely within Assessor’s Parcel 200-200-21 and would have the following distances from the property lines: 50 feet from the southern side property line; 5 feet from the northern side property line and 8 feet from the eastern side property line.

Minor Design Review approval is required because the project is within a planned zoning district.
