Project Description

On September 6, 2017, the Planning Division approved a Minor Design Review, P1683, allowing the application to construct a 240-square foot detached accessory structure. The approved structure would, reach a maximum height of 11 feet, and would straddle the boundary line between Assessor’s parcel 200-200-21 and Assessor’s parcel 200-200-22. In the current application, the applicant request Design Review amendment to relocate the previously approved 240 square foot shed. The approved height would not change. The proposed shed would be relocated to be entirely within Assessor’s Parcel 200-200-21.

Minor Design Review approval is required because the project is within a planned zoning district.
