Project Description

The applicant is requesting Temporary Use Permit approval to place an approximately 180 square-foot modular container for the use of a temporary construction office during the construction of a single-family residence on a vacant, 9,850 square-foot lot in Mill Valley. The proposed temporary construction office would reach a maximum height of eight feet, six inches from surrounding grade, and would be located the following distances from the property lines: two feet, seven and three-fourths from the southern front property line; five feet from the eastern side property line;40 feet from the western side property line; and more than 100 feet from the northern rear property line.

Temporary Use Permit approval is required because the project entails temporary uses pursuant to Section 22.50.040 of the Marin County Code.
