The applicant requests Design Review approval to construct a new 2,531 square-foot detached garage and workshop within a location that has been previously graded on the 38,417 square-foot lot in Mill Valley. The existing residence is 3,409 square feet, and the proposed development would result in a building area of 5,940 square feet and a floor area of 5,460 square feet, resulting in a floor area ratio of 14 percent.
