Minor Design Review approval to construct new additions totaling 355 square feet on a developed lot in Mill Valley. It appears the proposed building would reach a maximum height of 29 feet, 7 ½ inches above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: over 60 feet from the northern front property line; 2 feet, 8 1/8 inches from the western side property line; 5 feet, 1 inch from the eastern side property line; 28 feet, 10 inches from the southern rear property line.
