Project Description

The applicant is requesting to adjust the lot lines between two contiguous lots, as described in the following: an equitable exchange of 354 square feet of land would be transferred from the northern portion of APN 200-302-32 to APN 200-302-31, and 354 square feet of land would be transferred from the southern portion of APN 200-302-31 to APN 200-302-32.

Pursuant to Section 22.90.020, Lot Line Adjustment approval is required because the project involves adjusting lot lines between two adjacent parcels where land is taken from one parcel and added to an adjacent parcel without creating more parcels than originally existed.
