Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to expand the existing 1,532 square foot residence by 260 square feet. Overall development would result in a floor area ratio of 42 percent on the 4,186 square foot lot. The proposed addition would reach a maximum height of 11 feet, 1 inch above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: more than 80 feet from the eastern front property line; 0 feet from the northern side property line; 13 feet from the southern side property line; more than 30 feet from the western rear property line.

Design Review approval is required because the property is located in a planned zoning district as outlined in Marin County Code Section 22.42.020.A.
