Specifically, 884.78 square feet of land would be transferred from APN 176-152-17 to APN 176-152-04. The purpose of the Lot Line Adjustment is to remedy the encroachment of various improvements constructed on APN 176-152-04 onto APN 176-152-17.
Pursuant to Section 22.90.020, Lot Line Adjustment approval is required because the project involves adjusting lot lines between two adjacent parcels where land is taken from one parcel and added to an adjacent parcel without creating more parcels than originally existed.
