Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to construct a new 2,972 square foot detached structure with solar on top, and another detached structure associated with a new pool on a developed lot in San Anselmo. It appears the detached structure with solar would reach an approximate height of 17 feet above surrounding grade. The pool would be constructed 17 feet above grade with a storage room under a covered deck (palapa), approximate 11 feet in height. It appears that all proposed developed is more than 100 feet from all property lines.
