Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to construct a new 1,631 square foot detached accessory structure with solar on top, and another detached structure associated with a new pool on a developed lot in San Anselmo. The detached structure with solar would reach a maximum height of 18 feet above surrounding grade. A covered deck (palapa) associated with the pool would be constructed 17 feet above grade with a storage room underneath. The proposed development is more than 100 feet from all property lines.
