Project Description

On March 29, 2017, the Planning Division approved Design Review and Tree Removal Permit P1251, allowing for the construction of a new 3,358 square feet residence and other site improvements such as road widening. In the current application the applicant is requesting to expand the car deck to meet the Department of Public Works requirements for parking and turnaround space, and to install a pool with associated site improvements. The expanded car deck is proposed on the northeastern portion of the property and the pool would be located south of the residence.

A Design Review amendment approval is required because the project is a substantial modification of what was approved in the previous Design Review.
