Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to legalize an existing workshop/storage unit accessory structure on a developed lot in Lagunitas. The square footage of the accessory structure, main house and garage are unknown. The height of the accessory structure is 13 feet above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: 5 feet from the west front property line; 15 feet from the north side property line; 113 feet from the south east side property line; 74 feet from the east rear property line.

Design Review approval is required because the accessory structure encroaches into the front yard setback in a Conventional Zoning District; R1-B3 Residential Single Family.
