Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to add 134 square feet to a previously approved 624 square foot garage, and construct a 738-square foot second story addition above the garage. The proposed project would have a building area of 4,634 square feet and a floor area of 4,084 square feet, resulting in a floor area ratio of 9.3 percent on the 43,624 square foot lot. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 24 feet-4 inches above surrounding grade and would have the following setbacks: 72 feet from the northern side property line, greater than 100 feet from the western rear property line, 31 from the eastern front property line, and 55 feet from the southern side property line.
