The applicant is seeking Design Review approval to construct a new one-story, 5,645-square foot residence and a 609-square foot attached garage on an approximately 640-acre lot in unincorporated Petaluma. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 22 feet 2 inches above surrounding grade. The project also includes the construction of a new gravel driveway and a new septic system. The proposed driveway would cross an unnamed creek and a portion of the driveway is located within 100 feet of the top of bank of a creek. The house is proposed to be located approximately 420 feet from the eastern front property line, 1,550 feet from the southern side property line, 280 feet from northern side property line, and 130 feet from the eastern rear property line. The property is developed with two additional existing homes.
