The applicant requests Design Review approval to construct a pergola with counter and BBQ, courtyard water feature and northern rear wall modifications which includes a fireplace. The pergola would reach a maximum height of 9 feet 6 inches above surrounding grade and would be 3 feet 6 inches from the northwestern side property line and 2 feet 6 inches from the northeastern rear property line. The wall modification would result in an approximately 12 feet 6-inch popup for a fireplace.
Design Review approval is required because the project is within the BLV zoning district.
