Project Description
The applicant is requesting Design Review approval to construct new homes on Lots 1, 2 and 10-28 on APN 164-270-07, which is part of the Oakview Master Plan. The Oakview Master Plan required a Precise Development Plan which is now an antiquated entitlement. Therefore, Design Review is now required for all lots. Some lots include an Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). Each ADU would be reviewed and approved through the ministerial building permit process.
The tables below include specifications regarding the homes on each lot. Table 1 includes the Building Area, Floor Area, ADU size, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and lot size. Various site improvements would also be entailed in the proposed development, including landscaping and side and rear yard fences on each lot.
