Paula Todd has submitted a Tentative Map application to divide an existing 2.07-acre developed-lot located on Laurel Grove Avenue in Kentfield, into two lots. Parcel 1 would be 52,140 square-feet in size and Parcel 2 would be 38,064 square feet in size. The project site is developed with an 8,000 square foot single family residence, and includes a 620 square foot garage, 513 square feet of deck space, and a pool located closer to the front of the property facing Laurel Grove Avenue. All existing development would be located on Parcel 1. Parcel 2 is vacant. Both lots would take access from Laurel Grove Avenue. Parcel 2 would utilize an existing easement that runs parallel to an existing driveway serving the residence on Parcel 1.
Tentative Map approval is required because the project entails the subdivision of 2.07 acre lot into two lots.
