Project Description

In April 2015, Design Review 15-35 approved the demolition of an existing residence to allow for the construction of a new residence, attached garage, and guest house. Construction of the house is currently underway. The applicant is currently requesting Design Review Amendment approval to construct a new equipment structure with a residential co-generation system inside. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 10 feet 6 inches above surrounding grade and would have the following setbacks from the exterior walls: 54 feet from the eastern front property line; 16 feet from the southern side property line; more than 100 feet from the northern side property line; more than 100 feet from the western rear property line.
