Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review Amendment approval, to modify a previous Design Review, approval authorizing 1,227 square feet of garage and floor area additions. The amendment is requesting approval to construct an additional 283-square of floor area. The 283 square feet of proposed development would result in a floor area ratio of 17.08 percent on the 17,500-square foot lot. As proposed, the addition would reach a maximum height of 16 feet 2 inches above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: 34 feet 2 inches from the southerly front property line; 68 feet from the westerly side property line; 91 feet from the easterly side property line; 64 feet from the northerly rear property line.

Design Review approval is required because the project is an amendment to a previously approved Design Review (P1136).
