The applicant is requesting to adjust the lot lines between two contiguous lots, as described in the following: an equitable exchange of 342 square feet of land would be transferred from a portion of APN 071-042-17 to APN 071-042-27, and 342 square feet of land would be transferred from a portion of APN 071-042-27 to APN 071-042-17.
Pursuant to Section 22.90.020, Lot Line Adjustment approval is required because the project involves adjusting lot lines between two adjacent parcels where land is taken from one parcel and added to an adjacent parcel without creating more parcels than originally existed.
