Project Description

The applicant is equesting Minor Design Review approval to construct a new 667 square foot porch addition on a developed lot in Bel Marin Keys, Novato. The 667 square feet of proposed development would result in a floor area ratio of 28.71% percent on the 7,827 square foot dry lot area. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 14 feet 6 inches above surrounding grade and would have the following setbacks from the exterior walls: 69 feet from the north front property line; 6 feet from the west side property line; 6 feet from the east side property line; 97 feet from the south rear property line.

Minor Design Review approval is required because the project is in a Planned Zoning District.
