The applicant is requesting Minor Design Review approval to construct a new 493 square foot addition on a developed lot with a single-family dwelling in Novato. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 26 feet, 10 5/8 inches above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: 21 feet from the north western front property line; 36 feet from the south western side property line; 5 feet, 6 inches from the north eastern side property line; over 100 feet from the south eastern rear property line.
