The applicant requests Design Review and Accessory Dwelling Unit Permit approval to construct a new 2,324 square foot single-family residence and 360 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit on a vacant lot in unincorporated Novato. The proposed development would have a building area and floor area of 2,684 square feet.
