Project Description

On April 5, 2021, the Community Development Agency, Planning Division received the subject application.

The applicant requests Lot Line Adjustment approval to adjust the lot lines between three contiguous legal lots of record as described below:

Specifically, 4,626 square feet (.106 acre) of land would be transferred from APN 192-031-54 to APN 192-270-06; 4,494 square feet (.103 acre) of land would be transferred from APN 192-031-55 to APN 192-270-06; and 4,494 square feet (.103 acre) from 192-270-06 to 192-031-55.

Pursuant to Marin County Development Code Section 22.90.020, Lot Line Adjustment approval is required because the project involves adjusting lot lines between two adjacent parcels where land is taken from one parcel and added to an adjacent parcel without creating more parcels than originally existed.
