Project Description
The applicant is requesting Coastal Permit approval to construct a new 100-foot long retraining wall with an underground pier and concrete tieback system to prevent further erosion of a lot located in the community of Bolinas. The project would involve installing concrete beams 10 feet into the bedrock from the elevated portion of the property. The concrete beams would be approximately 30 feet long and approximately 1.5-foot in diameter. All proposed improvements would occur within the subject parcel and aligned along the southern (front) property line. The retaining wall system would be buried entirely underground.
