Project Description

On April 25, 2017, the Planning Division approved Tidelands Permit and Minor Design Review (P1507) allowing you to remove and replace several elements associated with a marina facility located at the Cove of Tiburon in unincorporated Tiburon. The project included the replacement of the existing dock decking, railing, and new plastic encapsulated foam floatation units. The access to Dock D would be relocated and the slips for Docks E and G would be reconfigured. The approved size of all floating docks was 9,468 square feet. In the current application the applicant is requesting to add LED lighting along the edges of the floating docks.

A Design Review amendment approval is required because the project is a substantial modification of what was approved in the previous Design Review.
