The applicant requests Design Review approval to construct 33 square feet of additions to Building 27 within the Cove of Tiburon. The existing height of the structure would not change. The applicant also request Site Plan Review approval to construct a new expanded boardwalk which is seaward of the mean higher high tide.
Design Review and Site Plan Review approval is required because the project is in a Planned Zoning District and the project is proposed seaward of the mean higher high tide, as per 22.52.020 of the Marin County Development Code.
