Interim Zoning and Subdivision Codes (Coastal Zone)
Prior to the activation of the updated Local Coastal Program on July 13, 2021, the Interim Zoning Code (Title 22I) and Interim Subdivision Code (Title 20I) were applicable in the coastal zone. Planning Entitlements and Building Permits submitted prior to July 13, 2021 were subject to the standards and provisions outlined in these Codes. For those applicants, we have maintained these Code sections for reference.
Planning Entitlements and Building Permits submitted after July 13, 2021 are subject to the Local Coastal Program policies and regulations.
