The community plans have been updated
On July 26, 2016, the Board of Supervisors adopted the 2016 Black Point Community Plan and the 2016 Green Point Community Plan. Both plans are a result of the effort to update the original 1978 Black Point Community Plan, which addressed both Green Point and Black Point.
