Project Description

The current proposed project entails a reduced scope from a previous iteration. The correct project description entails the following: a Coastal Permit application to construct a new one-story, 1,296 square-foot single-family residence on a vacant lot in Stinson Beach. The project no longer includes a proposed garage to serve the residence. Please review the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the full description and background of the project as proposed. A notice with these corrections has been published and can be accessed here.
