The County of Marin adopts ordinances, which are periodically codified and added to the official County Code. An ordinance is a law or rule made by an authority such as a county government.
Both Word and Adobe versions of the adopted ordinance will be made available as soon as possible.

You may search the full County Code. You may also search the Agenda and Minutes of the Board of Supervisors, which includes the adopted, but not yet codified ordinances.
For ordinances adopted since March 2005, if you know the date the Board of Supervisors adopted the ordinance, you can retrieve the adopted ordinance from the Board minutes posted on-line.
