Agenda Item #11: The Board will hear a request from the Community Development Agency (CDA) to adopt proposed amendments to Marin County Code Title 22, the Development Code, related to zoning and subdivision regulations, as recommended by the Marin County Planning Commission. Amendments mostly add consistency and clarification throughout plus new language on accessory dwelling units (ADUs), affordable housing topics, master plan and precise development plan waivers and findings, another areas. Staff recommends that the Board approve the ordinance adopting the 2021 Development Code amendments.
The Board adopted the ordinance as revised.
