Agenda Item #1: In a special meeting, the Board will hear a request from the County Administrator to adopt a resolution issue a Notice of Intent to Purchase Real Property at 250 Entrada Drive, Novato (the Inn Marin property). The California Department of Housing and Community Development issued approximately $600 million statewide to rapidly expand housing for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness and are impacted by COVID-19. The fair market value of the property is appraised at $18 million. The potential purchase would not affect the County General Fund.
The Board adopted the resolution.
