No earlier than 2:30 p.m., the Board will conduct a hearing to consider various rezoning, land use designation amendments, Marin Countywide Plan Land Use Designation amendments, and Local Coastal Program (LCP) designation amendments for five properties and approve actions related to four more properties. The properties are owned by the California State Parks, Tamalpais Community Services District, Toccoli Survivors Trust and Wings Capital LLC, the Marin Audubon Society, LV Ranch Capital Partners, Skye Ranch, Osterweis Ranch, Draper property, and Triple C Ranch (Fisher). The Planning Commission recommended Board approval on each action during its October 10 meeting. According to state planning law, there must be consistency between the Marin Countywide Plan land use designations and the specific zonings for each property. The amendments are designed to ensure vertical consistency.
The Board conducted the hearings and approved the all the ordinances.
