No earlier than 10 a.m., the Board will conduct a hearing to consider the adoption of two resolutions revising the 2018-19 Schedule of Charges for the County-operated mental health system of care services and establishing the 2019-20 Schedule of Charges for care services and substance use treatment services. The Department of Health and Human Services' Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Division conducted a fee analysis and found that fees are below the projected cost of such services. The proposed rate revisions would ensure that the division maximizes its Medi-Cal and other health coverage revenues. Very few clients would pay the rates reflected; most are charged on a client's ability to pay.
The Board conducted the hearing and adopted the two resolutions.
