In separate agenda items, the Board will hear requests from Human Resources to approve a tentative agreement with the Marin Association of Public Employees (MAPE) Nurses’ Unit for a successor 2-year collective bargaining agreement and approve equity adjustments for non-represented attorney classes. The nurses' agreement, which includes a 3% cost-of-living adjustment in 2019-20 and 2.5% in 2020-21, is consistent with agreements reached with other bargaining units in 2018. The attorneys' agreement includes equity increases of 1% for five job class titles and .5% for one title.
The Board approved the two agreements.
