Preview

No earlier than 1:30 p.m., the Board will continue its public hearing from September 19 to consider certifying the 2008 Easton Point Residential Development Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR), rezoning of Martha Company Property (APN 059-251-05) and merits consideration of the Easton Point Modified Master Plan, Precise Development Plan/Tentative Map. The property is on the southeastern tip of the Tiburon Peninsula in an unincorporated area. The modified master plan proposes 43 residential lots of various sizes and dimensions, two parcels for water storage tanks, a small parcel for a possible future emergency radio facility, two open space parcels totaling 74.35 acres, and a proposed public pedestrian easement from Ridge Road along Tam View Court to the St. Hilary's Open Space Preserve. The Board, which heard about 90 minutes of public testimony on September 19, must certify the final EIR before making decisions about the Martha Company’s development application.
