Achieving a Climate Resilient Future

At 9 a.m., the Board will hear a request to adopt a resolution supporting actions to significantly reduce carbon emissions and achieve a climate resilient future. The County reduced greenhouse gas emission 20 percent between 2002 and 2015 and continues to make progress. The County is launching a campaign called Drawdown:Marin to accelerate the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.


The Board adopted the resolution.
