Administrative Procedures Code Amendment

The Board will conduct the first reading of an ordinance amending the Marin County Code relating to administrative procedures for code enforcement. County Counsel staff requests that a Recordation of Notices of Violation provision be moved from the Building Code to the General Provisions to coincide with other proposed amendments to development codes. Staff recommends that the Board schedule a merit hearing for 1:30 p.m. March 14.
