The Board will conduct a hearing to consider the Lucasfilm LTD Master Plan Amendment for Big Rock Ranch at 3838 Lucas Valley Road, Nicasio (APNs 164-310-01 and -02). On May 9, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended that the Board conditionally approve the amendment to permit the conversion of 61,162 square feet of office floor area into guest units, in addition to upgrades to the office complex facility. Planning staff recommends the Board consider adopting the attached ordinance to approve the project.
The Board conducted the hearing and adopted the ordinance amendment.
