The Board will conduct the first reading of an ordinance revising Personnel Management Regulation (PMR) 21 on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation Policy to clarify the appeal procedure. PMR 21 was revised by the Department of Human Resources to make the scope of review more specific. Staff recommends scheduling a merit hearing for 10:30 a.m. June 30.
