Upon reconvening no earlier than 1:30 p.m., the Board will conduct a public hearing to consider the Novotny appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of the Noyer Design Review Permit. On February 9, the Planning Commission upheld the administrative decision conditionally approving the Noyer Design Review application for property at 60 Eden Lane near Tiburon. the property owner would like to construct a 4,272-square-foot, three-story home with an 18.5 percent floor-area ratio. Staff recommends the Board deny the appeal filed by Matt Novotny et al and adopt a resolution approving the project.
The Board denied the appeal and adopted the amended resolution.
