The Board will hear a request from the Community Development Agency to consider entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Mill Valley, Marin Municipal Water District (MMWD), Tamalpais Community Services District, Marin Builders Association and WaterNow to jointly implement the Mill Valley/Marin County Sustainable Water Pilot Project.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., the Board will conduct a hearing about the Karuna Land LLC Master Plan, Land Division and Precise Development Plan and Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact for a proposed development at 1 Sacramento Ave. in unincorporated San Anselmo (APN 177-220-10). After an overview from the Community Development Agency staff, the Board will consider adopting an ordinance approving the master plan for six residential lots and a remainder private open space parcel.
