The Board will hear a request from the County Administrator for Board concurrence and adoption of a response to 2013-2014 Grand Jury Report titled "Aging in Marin: What's the Plan?" (June 13). Staff recommends that the Board concur in and thereby adopt the response and direct the Board President to submit the response to the presiding judge.

The Board will hear a request from the Sheriff's Office to authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office to temporarily house up to 15 Sonoma County inmates in the Marin County Jail at the rate of $100 per day per inmate.
