Highlights of the April 29, 2014 Board Meeting:
The Board will hear a presentation of the Employee of the Month Award for April 2014 to Wendy Patterson of the Assessor-Recorder’s Office.
Supervisor Sears read the following:
Wendy is a great example of a dedicated Marin County employee. After 13 years with the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk’s office, Wendy still beams when she talks about her work as an Appraiser II. Her current assignment requires her to value residential and commercial properties in many areas of the County. She’s always ready to pitch in on anything — work project, committee participation, softball team, you name it! She does it all with a cheerful, positive, “can-do” attitude.
In addition, Wendy serves as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Standing Orations Toastmasters Club. In her role with the Toastmasters, she has brought innovative ideas and a cheerful and positive attitude that has been noticed by all.
We are all lucky and proud to have Wendy as a member of the County family. Congratulations, Wendy, for being selected as April’s Employee of the Month.
