The Board will conduct a public hearing on an ordinance amending Chapter 3.50 of the Marin County Code pertaining to County Surveyor Fees. The cost to review maps, check calculations and provide surveyor services has not been raised since 2008. The revised fee schedule will bring fees into line with those charged in comparable counties.

The Board will consider a request from the Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Board’s subcommittee on the Stream Conservation Area (SCA) to take the following actions:
a. Accept the staff report on the continued work of the Board of Supervisors’ subcommittee on the SCA;
b. Consider approving the draft SCA implementation work program; and
c. Conduct hearing on proposed interim SCA ordinance and fee resolution for the San Geronimo Watershed, provide staff direction on countywide application of the ordinance, and continue hearing to Oct. 29, 2013.
