Delegated Agreements

Matthew H. Hymel, County Administrator

In 2001 , the Marin County Board of Supervisors joined other comparable counties to delegate the County Administrator as a Deputy Purchasing Agency under Section 2.08.040 of Municipal Code and authorized the County Administrator under Section 2.08.051 of Municipal Code to enter into and execute on behalf of the County any professional services contracts valued at $25,000 and under. In August 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved an increase in the delegated contract threshold up to $50,000.

The County Administrator's Office is required to provide a quarterly report to the Board of Supervisors detailing all professional services contracts that were entered into under this delegated authority for review and final approval by the Board.

Use the button below to access a table of delegated agreements for every month, starting with July 2016 (FY 2016-17, first month of first Fiscal quarter), through the three months of the latest Fiscal Quarter reported. The table contains all the delegated contracts and revenue agreement contracts. It also provides click-able links to the content of most delegated contracts.

You can also access the same content via quarterly reports, by month, in the area below. These reports are all delegated agreements signed by the County Administrator beginning with FY 2016-17, second Fiscal quarter, through the latest Fiscal quarter reported.
