The Board consider adopting a resolution commending Marin County providers for exceptional efforts to prevent and end homelessness and endorsing Home For All, Marin’s updated 10-Year Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. Home For All, adopted in June by Marin County’s Homeless Policy Steering Committee, focuses on three goals: 1) Drastically reducing chronic homelessness in 5 years; 2) Reducing the total number of homeless individuals and families over 10 years; and 3) Reducing the amount of time individuals and families spend in programs before becoming self-sufficient in stable housing.
