A “Temporary Food Facility” (TFF) is a food facility that is approved to operate at a fixed location for the duration of an approved community event or a swap meet.

There are several types of temporary food facilities. These include:

  • Food booths doing food preparation
  • Food booths doing limited food preparation
  • Vendors selling prepackaged foods only, and
  • Farmer’s Market Vendors (FMV)

You must obtain approval from EHS before you start selling food.
