Design Review Board Hearings

Community Development Agency

Design Review Boards are citizen advisory committees and act as liaisons to the Board of Supervisors, the Planning Commission, the Planning Division, and the local community. They are made up of volunteers from the local community who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. They hold public meetings where applicants for development projects are invited to present their proposals. While Design Review Boards do not issue decisions on projects, they do make recommendations to the County on each proposal they review.
