In 2001, the Marin County Board of Supervisors joined other comparable counties to delegate the County Administrator as a Deputy Purchasing Agency under Section 2.08.040 of Municipal Code and authorized the County Administrator under Section 2.08.051 of Municipal Code to enter into and execute on behalf of the County any professional services contracts valued at $25,000 and under. In August 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved an increase in the delegated contract threshold up to $50,000.
The County Administrator's Office is required to provide a quarterly report to the Board of Supervisors detailing all professional services contracts that were entered into under this delegated authority for review and final approval by the Board.
Below are the quarterly reports, by month, for all delegated agreements signed by the County Administrator beginning with FY 2016-17 Quarter 2. This page will be updated on a quarterly basis. For more information regarding agreements listed below for FY 2016-17 Quarter 2 or agreements executed prior to that reporting period, please contact Sandy Laird, Executive Assistant to the County Administrator at SLaird@marincounty.org or (415) 473-7378.
