These programs deal with high risk offenders.

The Probation Department is mandated to conduct investigations of certain defendants and prepare written reports for the Superior Court.

Probationers who have been determined to be at medium risk are served by the officers in the Supervision Unit.

Parole is a program of intensive supervision and treatment for clients in lieu of incarceration in jail.

A series of programs to aid low-risk offenders.

The Adult Offender Work Program is a jail alternative program which is administered by the Probation Department.

Staff from this unit provides supervision to youth who have been placed on probation, either formally through an order of the Juvenile Court, or informally under a mutual agreement between the family and the Probation Department.

This unit investigates all new referrals to the Juvenile Division of the Probation Department, and makes recommendations for either formal or informal dispositions.

Therapists in this unit of the Juvenile Division offer counseling in those cases in which mental health is determined to be an issue for either the family and/or the child.

This small preserve sits beside the Worn Springs Fire Road at the edge of lands.

This preserve is the largest link (899 acres) in a chain of preserves.
